Slushi respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Slushi mobile application (“the App”) handles information when you use it.

Slushi does not require user accounts and does not collect personal identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, or payment details.

Depending on how you use the App, it may access:

• Approximate or precise location — used only to show nearby slush locations on the map. Location permission is optional and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.

Location data is used solely to provide core functionality (for example, displaying nearby locations on the map). Slushi does not use data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or selling user data.

Slush locations shown in the App are loaded from a maintained dataset hosted as a Google Sheet. This dataset contains place information (for example, location name and coordinates). It is not tied to user accounts.

Slushi uses the following third-party services to operate core features:

• Google Maps Platform (Maps SDK) — used to display maps and pins. Google may process device information and location data in accordance with its own policies.
• Google Sheets / Google services — used as the hosting source for the slush locations dataset the App downloads to display pins.

Slushi does not store personal data on its own servers. Location data is not stored by Slushi. The App may cache map tiles or downloaded location data on your device to improve performance.

You can grant or revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. If you disable location access, some location-based features may be limited.

Slushi is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
